傷心的事天天都會出現，在螢光幕前我們不停嘆息、惋惜。從前我也偶有困惑，為何聖經可以出現這麼「自負」的話語？人所遭遇的種種不順遂，難道真是天上允許的美意？

後來我才明白，是因為信仰的堅定，使我們在困難中仍有盼望，不論順風或逆風，因為覺察自己的渺小而學習順服，是的，順服是學習而來，不是天生就能擁有。在逆境中，我們也許心碎不已、也許有千萬個「為什麼」在腦海中迴盪、也許想責怪、也許淚已不停流下、也許禱告的效果總不是顯而易見的.......

走過逆境後，你才發現在不知不覺中已學會了一些本領，那曾是你最不敢面對的，而今，你卻克服了過來。然後你可以用這樣的力量去安慰他人，去發展更多有價值的事。我相信人之所以被創造於世界，重要的因素之一是為要成就自己、也要成就他人，有時，甚至是犧牲自己。在人難做，在神卻沒有不能，只願你哭泣中別失去盼望、堅強的心。
