今天是2月29日，清晨早早去爬了山，回家休息一段時間後，聽了幾首福音歌曲。然後不經意留意到這首令人感動的歌曲Way Maker，它讓我們知道，主一直都在，主從不離開。

去年上完宣教心視野後，我對讚美的觀點有很大的改變，我們都知道讚美的力量，讚美能帶來很棒的影響力，灰暗的、陰鬱的，都能因為讚美而過去，而讚美神有什麼幫助呢?過去我並不明白，即使跟著讀經、聽講，我還是不太能領會，但每當負面的情緒出現時，我嘗試讚美神，我發現它能幫助我走出傷心或沮喪。當你無助時，我想，你也可以試著這麼做:)
