Wake Up很特別地提到末世的情況，應該是非基督徒比較難了解的。
我想這首歌的用意是要提醒人勿驕矜自滿。
若我們把自己、把人看得太重，就容易失去謙卑了。

關於歌詞中指出逝去的人復活的部份，是由於聖經中提及到末日時的情景。
我覺得永生對基督徒來說，是一種非常美好的期待! (就像其他宗教對自己的來世會有所期待一樣!)
所以要排除宗教上的偏見，用同理心來好好欣賞這首很棒的流行福音歌喔:P
